Curated by Reliance Foundation, in partnership with the India Olympic Association, India House, which will be India’s first ever country house at the Olympics, will offer visiting fans the chance to experience India in an immersive way. Think watch parties, yoga, Bollywood dance workshops, amazing food and an opportunity to meet rising stars from India. The India House will also honour the country’s legendary Olympians and celebrate 100 years of participation at the Olympics as a team.
Fans will have the opportunity to cheer on India’s athletes as they compete for medals in Paris, celebrate their successes throughout the Games, and experience India’s vibrant culture through a packed agenda of activities including yoga sessions, traditional dance displays and exciting DJ sets.
Experience the best of Indian dance and music: Enjoy performances of traditional Indian music and captivating dance curated by the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre, as it goes global for the very first time. Don’t miss the sensational performances by artists like leading Bollywood singer Shaan, sitarist and composer Tommy Khosla & Jawari, India’s top cultural and musical sensation The Raghu Dixit Project, American a cappella group Penn Masala, among others.
Immerse yourself in Indian art & culture: Try your hand at creating unique handicrafts like Indian block printing with experts or marvel at the unique sport of Mallakhamb (Indian pole wrestling) with dynamic displays held at the site each day.
